Nyngan Tigers Golf Day a huge success
A whopping 136 registrations were taken for the Nyngan Tigers golf day, held on Saturday, February 28, as the first big get together for the 2026 season.
The Nyngan golf course was a sea of black and orange for the nine-hole four-person Ambrose event.
Organiser Brendan Smith said the turn up spoke volumes about the support for the Tigers.
“A huge thanks to Nyngan Rugby League Football Club for supporting the day. I can guarantee there would not be too many better supported footy golf days anywhere, ever. it just shows how highly regarded and well run the club is,” he said.
Players were encouraged to dress in black and orange, and there was plenty of opportunity to support the golf club bar before the 2pm start.
