Nyngan Twilight Golf continues to attract strong participation, with 96 players taking to the course in both round seven and round eight.

The competition remains close, with high scoring across the board.
Round Seven Summary
Twelve teams recorded wins in round seven (week ending Friday, November 21), including Bel-Air Bashers, Royden’s Rockers, Shooting Birdies, Bill’s Bangers, Murphy’s Hardware, The Swingers, Jeremy Whaley Constructions, Black-Smiths, Bogan Coffee Shop, Neill Earthmoving, Daniel Martin Plumbing and Sheather’s Mobile Contracting. The winners were Bogan Coffee Shop with an impressive 49 points. The team of Will Black, Parso Griffiths, Rory Quarmby and Shane Rose combined strongly, producing several six-point holes.
Round Eight Summary
Another competitive week saw wins from Royden’s Rockers, Shooting Birdies, Bill’s Bangers, Murphy’s Hardware, The Swingers, The Nyngan, Black-Smiths, Foodworks, Off in the Woods, Hack-Attack, Lister’s Lunatics and Little Hair Shop.
Murphy’s Hardware claimed the round eight weekly win on a countback with 46 points.
The team consisted of Peter Murphy, Croc Read, Greg Corby and Don Lister.
Ladder, after round eight:
13 points: Shooting Birdies. 11: Bel-Air Bashers and Daniel Martin Plumbing. 10: The Swingers and Bill’s Bangers.
Nine points: Foodworks, Hack-Attack, Neill Earthmoving, Bogan Coffee Shop, and Jeremy Whaley Constructions.
