Lachie Donnelly wins national Elders award
Nyngan livestock agent Lachie Donnelly was awarded the national early careers employee for 2025.

Nyngan livestock agent Lachie Donnelly was awarded the national early careers employee for 2025 at the Elders annual awards held in Adelaide on Wednesday, December 10.
Lachie, 23, has been the territory sales manager based at Nyngan for the past 12 months.
The award is named after former Wagga Wagga agent Peter Cox and recognises a young person from across Australia who meets company values and is consistently high performing.
Lachie won the NSW young employee of the year award earlier this year, and travelled to Adelaide last week for the national presentation.
Lachie began his career with Elders as a trainee at the Guyra branch before moving to Forbes and Dubbo - and finally to his home town of Nyngan.
Elders Nyngan branch manager Simon Bell, said the award was well deserved.
“Since moving to Nyngan Lachie has made a significant impact as a stock and station agent. He grew up here so he understands the area and already had a lot of contacts in the community,” Mr Bell said.
In his spare time Lachie often volunteers to auctioneer at charity events and has also been a key member of both the Bogan Bulls rugby union and the Nyngan Tigers rugby league clubs.
